Services
Stellar development made to measureRumble Fish builds Stellar and Soroban software for fintech startups, enterprises, and institutions. We develop payment rails, tokenization platforms, smart contracts, and DeFi applications that draw on Stellar's speed, low costs, and financial infrastructure. Whether you're moving money across borders, issuing assets, or building on-chain finance products, we turn your specification into production-ready code. We also know the network from the inside: we've shipped infrastructure for the Stellar ecosystem under two Stellar Community Fund grants.

Cross-border payments shouldn't take three business days or cost $40 per wire. Stellar was built for this, and we build on-chain payment systems that settle in seconds.
  • Cross-border payment and remittance platforms
  • Anchor integrations connecting fiat on/off ramps (SEP-24, SEP-31)
  • Multi-currency and stablecoin settlement systems (including native USDC)
  • Automated treasury and payout tooling

Stellar has been an asset-issuance network since day one, and Soroban adds programmable, standardized tokens on top of it. Bring your tokenization product to market with a team that knows both the classic and the Soroban side.
  • Real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platforms
  • Stablecoin issuance and management systems
  • SEP-41 Soroban token contracts and classic Stellar assets
  • Compliant token frameworks with built-in authorization and clawback controls

Soroban is Stellar's smart contract platform. It's written in Rust, uses resource metering for predictable fees, and is built for financial use cases. Much of the most active development on Stellar is happening here.
  • Soroban smart contract design, development, and auditing
  • Decentralized exchange and AMM interfaces
  • Liquidity pool and yield management systems
  • Price-sensitive DeFi protocols built on reliable data infrastructure

Institutions don't want to move fast and break things. They want reliability, compliance, and performance. Stellar has been live since 2015, with an established anchor network and native compliance primitives, and we build institutional-grade systems on top of it.
  • Anchor infrastructure with KYC/AML and SEP-10 authentication workflows
  • Enterprise tokenization frameworks for securities, stablecoins, and structured products
  • High-availability Horizon and Soroban RPC node infrastructure
  • Custom indexing, data, and analytics pipelines
  • Seamless integration with legacy banking systems and payment rails
  • White-label solutions for banks, fintechs, and asset managers
Why Stellar?
Speed and Finality That Matter
Speed and Finality That Matter
Stellar reaches finality in about 5 seconds, and the network sustains real throughput of around 150 transactions per second. For payments and DeFi, that speed is what makes the use case work at all.
Costs That Make Sense
Costs That Make Sense
Classic Stellar transaction fees are fractions of a cent, and Soroban's resource-metered model charges for the compute and storage a transaction uses. That makes high-volume use cases viable that wouldn't be economical on higher-fee chains.
Built for Payments and Finance
Built for Payments and Finance
A native DEX, path payments, the global anchor network, the SEP standards, and native USDC are already part of the ecosystem. That means less code to write and fewer moving parts to maintain.
Green and Mature
Green and Mature
Stellar uses the Stellar Consensus Protocol rather than mining, so its energy use is negligible, and it has been closing ledgers since 2015. You're building on proven infrastructure with a long operating history.
Our Work on Stellar
Funded to Build the Network's InfrastructurePlenty of development shops will tell you they know an ecosystem. We can show it. The Stellar Development Foundation has awarded Rumble Fish two Stellar Community Fund grants to build infrastructure that other projects on the network depend on. That's the ecosystem putting its own money behind our work.

SCF #41 · $131,200

Soroban-First Block ExplorerSoroban hosts a growing share of Stellar's DeFi, new token standards, and complex contract interactions, but most existing explorers display its data as raw, unreadable XDR. We're building a full-stack, Soroban-first block explorer that decodes on-chain activity into readable views of ledgers, transactions, contract invocations, and CAP-67 events, all indexed from live mainnet data. The build is production-grade: security-audited, load-tested for sub-200ms p95 responses, fully documented, and running on AWS with infrastructure-as-code.Read the announcement →

SCF #42 · $55,000

Stellar Prices APIPrice data on Stellar has been scattered across sources, formats, and assets, which creates work for every DeFi protocol, portfolio tracker, and price-sensitive app. We're building a unified Prices API to fix that: one source for real-time and historical price data across all Stellar assets, classic and SEP-41 Soroban tokens alike, with more than eight years of historical coverage.Read the announcement →
"Soroban is where the most exciting things on Stellar are happening right now: DeFi, new token standards, complex smart contract interactions. We're building this infrastructure because the ecosystem needs it, and because it's exactly the kind of challenge our team is built for."Marek Kowalski, CEO/CTO, Rumble Fish

Funded by the Ecosystem
Funded by the EcosystemWe're a two-time Stellar Community Fund grantee, building infrastructure that other projects on the network use. Few development partners have been funded by the SDF to build the network's tooling, and we've been funded for it twice.
Deep Soroban and Rust Expertise
Deep Soroban and Rust ExpertiseSoroban is Rust from end to end, and so is our team. We're not learning the stack at your expense. We've already built indexers, data pipelines, and contract-aware systems that handle live Soroban data at scale.
End-to-End Capabilities
End-to-End CapabilitiesFrom smart contracts to APIs to frontends to AWS infrastructure-as-code, we handle the full stack with one team, so you're not coordinating five separate vendors.
Production-Proven
Production-ProvenWe build systems that hold up under load: security-audited, load-tested, and monitored from day one. When real money is moving through a system, "mostly working" isn't good enough.
Our Stellar Development Process
Our Stellar Development Process
We work out what you need, design an architecture that holds up under load, build and security-audit everything on testnet, then deploy to mainnet with proper monitoring in place. You get honest advice at the start, tested practices throughout, and support that continues after launch.
1
Discovery & Strategy
We start by understanding the problem you're trying to solve, not the technology that sounds appealing. Sometimes Stellar is the right fit and sometimes it isn't, and we'll tell you exactly what to use.
2
Architecture & Design
We map out your system, choose the right Stellar and Soroban features, and design for scale from the start, since adding scalability after launch costs far more than building it in.
3
Development & Testing
We build and test on Stellar's Testnet and Futurenet, so no real funds are ever at risk during development. Our developers use the official Stellar SDKs and the Soroban toolchain and follow established best practices.
4
Security Audits
Blockchain development carries higher stakes than typical web work, since a single error can be expensive and irreversible. We run thorough security reviews and test for the edge cases that are easy to miss.
5
Deployment & Support
We deploy to mainnet with monitoring in place, clear documentation, and ongoing support.
FAQStellar Product Development Services with Rumble Fish

A: Soroban smart contracts are written in Rust. For applications and integrations, Stellar offers official SDKs in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, and more, so most teams can build with the stack they already know.

A: Stellar is built specifically for payments and financial transactions, with fast finality, very low fees, native asset issuance, and a built-in DEX. Ethereum prioritizes general-purpose flexibility. For high-volume, low-cost financial applications, Stellar is often the better fit.

A: Yes, through Soroban, Stellar's Rust-based smart contract platform. It uses resource metering for predictable fees, includes built-in authorization primitives, and is designed for financial use cases.

A: Classic Stellar transactions cost fractions of a cent. Soroban uses a resource-metered fee model that charges based on the compute and storage a transaction uses, keeping costs low and predictable for high-volume applications.

A: It depends on complexity. A focused payment or anchor integration might take four to six weeks, while a full DeFi platform with custom Soroban contracts can run three to nine months. We usually start with an MVP to reach the market sooner, then iterate based on real user feedback rather than assumptions.

A: Yes. Stellar has been live since 2015, with an established global anchor network, native compliance tooling, and partners such as MoneyGram using it for real money movement. Its fast settlement, low costs, and built-in financial primitives suit it well to institutional use.

A: Soroban is built in Rust, uses fine-grained resource metering rather than a single gas figure, and addresses state bloat directly through a state archival model. The result is lower fees and more predictable performance for financial workloads, compared with the higher and more variable gas costs common on EVM chains.

A: Yes, and it's one of our specialties. We regularly connect Stellar to legacy banking systems, payment processors, ERP platforms, and traditional databases using Horizon, Soroban RPC, and the official SDKs. We've also built our own indexing and data pipelines on top of raw chain data.

A: Stellar's anchor network is one of its biggest advantages. We integrate anchors using the relevant SEP standards (SEP-24 for deposits and withdrawals, SEP-31 for cross-border, SEP-10 for authentication) so your users can move between fiat and on-chain assets smoothly and compliantly.

A: Stellar provides native compliance primitives, including authorization flags, clawback, trustlines, and SEP-based KYC/AML flows, that can be adjusted without rebuilding the whole system. We design regulatory adaptability into the architecture from the start, so you have room to adjust when the rules change.
